With this in mind we are committed to training and equipping individuals to use our Results-Based Conversations^TM approach to improve overall performance.

Facilitator Training

Facilitator Training is for those individuals who want to become certified RbC^TM facilitators. This is a two-day course is offered both as an open class and as company training. Open classes are held four times a year at our work lab in Dallas, Texas and are open to anyone interested in becoming an RbC^TM facilitator.

This class includes:

• Introduction to the Results-Based Conversations^TM principles and methodology

• Hands-on instruction in the planning, set-up and conduct of collaborative sessions

• Direct application of exercises, tools and templates

• Personal copy of the Facilitator's Guide, and the standard RbC^TM Tool Kit

The price for this class, including the Guide, Session Kit and Certification, is $2,500 US. The church and not-for-profit fee for this training is $1000 US per person.

Train The Trainer

Train The Trainer is an advanced course for experienced RbC^TM facilitators who want to teach others to use the RbC^TM Tool Kits. This is a one-day training and is offered primarily as an open class at our work lab in Dallas, Texas. 

This class includes:

• Licensing as a RbC^TM Trainer
• In-depth instruction in the Results-Based Conversations^TM Principles and Methodology
• Coaching in value-added facilitation tools and techniques
• Hands-on guidance in the planning, set-up and conduct of RbC^TM training sessions
• Personal copy of the RbC^TM Trainer’s Manual, and the Trainer Session Kit

The price for this class, including the Manual and the Trainer Session Kit is $1,000 US. The church and not-for-profit fee for this training is $500 US per person.

Facilitator Refresher Training

Facilitator Refresher Training will update you on the latest improvements in our Facilitator Training, which is more flexible and provides specific design techniques. This 2-hour webinar includes the new 2.0 Standard Facilitation Kit, as well as 2.0 collaborative templates that will allow you to facilitate multiple session types (strategy, implementation, half-day, small group) based on unique needs. Collaborative templates are now digital which allow you to print and reuse as needed.

This class includes:

• Updated Facilitator Guide
• 2.0 Standard Facilitation Kit
• 2.0 Collaborative Templates

The price for this class, including the Manual and the Trainer Session Kit is $500 US. The cost is the same for church and not-for-profit.

Company Training

Company Training is for organizations that want to certify a number of facilitators simultaneously. The course, typically offered for ten or more participants, includes the same components as the two-day Facilitator Training shown above, as well as the following additional benefits:

• Client's choice of venue - onsite or at our location
• Two additional coaching days, conducted within thirty days of the basic training, onsite or by phone if necessary
• Can be conducted in conjunction with our Custom Sessions resulting in increased leverage and reduced costs
• A four-hour, management overview may be included as requested.
