Tool Kit Approach

TheRbC^TM Tool Kit approach provides a consistent and complete approach to equip individuals or organizations to conduct their own collaborative sessions. After completing our two day facilitator RbC^TM training, certified facilitaors will have the ability to design and deliver any one of our Tool Kits. This approach is based upon the same RbC^TM methodology that has made our Custom Facilitated sessions so successful. Developed for working groups of fewer than twenty people, this approach can be customized to support specific areas of work.
