Strategic Planning Session Kit

This session is designed to help participants identify a strategy to achieve a desired vision, gain perspective on the current state, and identify the initiatives and actions that will be required to accomplish their goals.

Outcomes and deliverables from this session include:

  • Improved understanding of the current situation
  • Alignment on the vision or goals of the proposed change
  • Agreement on the initiatives and actions required to achieve the strategic goals
  • Increased ownership of the strategy and its related initiatives or projects

Change Management Session Kit

This session is designed to transition ownership of a project from the project team to the end users and owners of the project outcomes. This session creates ownership for the project deliverables and creates alignment for the implementation and transition plans.

Project Design Session Kit

This session is designed to create initial project guidance including: project objectives, project scope and milestones.

Project Kick Off Session Kit

The session is designed for use when a specific project scope and objectives have been assigned, but before a full and complete project charter and work plan have been developed. 

Outcomes and deliverables from this session include:
 
  • Verification of the project charter
  • Build out of the project plan
  • Development of individual project workstream models
  • Development of initial project workstream action plans
  • Creation of an initial integrated project action plan

Requirement Process Design Session Kit

This session is designed to help an organization establish a common process for requirements gathering in support of a project. This session is typically used when an organization does not have a standard process for requirements gathering, or when the approach is different enough that a standard method needs to be modified.

This session is designed to validate project requirements with one or multiple user groups. This session allows for requirement validation, and prioritization and sets proper expectations for both the project team and users as to the timing, effort and outcomes of the project.

This session is designed to aid in the general communication of a project. It is an interactive way to introduce users and owner groups to the project, its intended deliverables and the overall project plan.

This session is designed to support a project or program manager in keeping a complex project on track. The session allows the various project groups to work together to identify common barriers, leverage resources and if necessary to adjust the overall project plan.

This session is designed to promote teamwork within a project team. The session allows participants to better understand the work at hand, evaluate their individual work style and schedule and together create a plan to maximize group performance.
