Clients

We have worked with hundreds of organizations and thousands of individuals from almost every industry to help them achieve greater results in less time.

Here’s a sampling of what some of our clients have said about the results they've achieved as a result of our approach:

“In quantified terms, this can be translated to savings of $1.05M in exterior fees and approximately three months of development time. The non-quantifiable benefits include the speed with which we were able to get awareness and understanding of the radical changes we were making to the business.”

“The session saved at least 3 to 4 months of time by resolving key issues head-on with key groups.”

“I believe our plan will be done 30 days earlier and have better alignment cross-functionally.”

“To develop an equivalently detailed plan without using this process would have taken at least 3 to 4 months and would have cost $250-$350K.”

“To achieve similar output through traditional means, my senior management team, my planning group and my area subject matter experts would have spent between 6 and 8 weeks of dedicated or near-dedicated effort.

Some specific client stories include:

Cox Communications

Cox Communications engaged WildWorks to assist in the kickoff and execution of several critical strategic and tactical initiatives within the organization. A revisioning session helped participants develop and agree upon a new direction for improved customer care. An implementation session tackled a wide variety of technical issues such as standardized tool recommendations and revised process standards, but also produced a new operating model and an improved communication plan. A financial system planning session led to the development of an 18-month strategy, an overall governance plan and a detailed action plan for a major software implementation. A field champion session brought corporate project management together with over 20 field champions to develop an innovative project rollout. A strategic partnering session brought together nine key vendors, some of whom are competitors, to forge a strategic partnership to better serve Cox and its customers. An last but not least, a functional requirements session prioritized desktop functionalities and developed a detailed automation plan.

Leadership Network

Leadership Network is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to help high-capacity Christian leaders amplify their impact. This mission is fulfilled through the concept of Leadership Communities, which develop highly innovative churches around focused missions. During its five-year relationship with Leadership Network, WildWorks has supported the Leadership Community best-practice development process by delivering a series of two-year collaborative workshops focused on specific topics. In these custom workshops, representatives form a dozen churches report on the current state of affairs, share success stories, formulate and collaborate on new best practices, and create individual church visions and action plans.

The partnership between WildWorks and Leadership Network has strengthened in proportion to their shared success resulting in an innovative training and methodology licensing agreement. To fulfill this new direction, WildWorks has been commissioned to teach and certify three Leadership Network teams capable of delivering custom sessions to the growing number of Leadership Communities.

Bell Canada’s Delta Project
In December 2002, Bell Canada engaged WildWorks to provide custom training for the development of an internal collaborative center. First, WildWorks helped Bell design the space and furnish it. Then WildWorks trained Bell's new facilitation team in collaborative techniques, so that members could design and run sessions on their own in the future. The first center, in Toronto, opened to rave reviews in December 2002. After only three months, this center saw tremendous success measured in millions of dollars, and requests to use the center soon exceeded capacity. Bell subsequently expanded this model to other areas of the corporation, including strategy development, new product development, partnership creation, operational improvement and overall culture change.

Clear Channel Worldwide
Clear Channel Communications engaged WildWorks to help drive a major shift in how its major market business units deliver value to customers. As a global leader in out-of-home advertising through radio and TV stations, outdoor displays and entertainment venues, Clear Channel saw an opportunity to help advertising customers maximize market reach through cross-media promotion. Equipping managers and sellers to adequately package and present all of Clear Channel’s capabilities became a monumental task.

Guided by WildWorks' method, a cross-functional design team outlined an approach and took the show on the road. WildWorks then conducted multi-day strategy and planning events with large groups of Clear Channel managers, sellers and support staff in major markets, helping each unique market understand local opportunity and build measurable action plans. Participants came away with a new awareness how to add value for customers and tap previously unrecognized revenue streams.
